Operator Panel
A simulated control surface for Waiting Room event operations.
Current Mode
FIFO is the default method, but it is not a strict per-user ordering guarantee. Visitors in the same minute-level time bucket are treated as one group.
Queue All = every new visitor is placed in the Waiting Room.
This panel simulates the operator story. Apply live changes with scripts/update-mode.sh.
Live control
Enter the admin token to call the Cloudflare Waiting Room API when clicking mode buttons.
If Worker secrets are missing or the token is wrong, live changes are rejected.
Event Status
Event starts in 12 minutes. Users are in prequeue.
Use scripts/create-event.sh to schedule events.
Live Metrics
Exact queue depth is not exposed as an end-user Waiting Room template variable. Use Cloudflare Analytics/dashboard for real values; this number is an operator-story example.
Custom Pages
- Default Waiting Room (KO) — Estimated wait time
- Event Prequeue (KO) — Event Status
- Maintenance / Reject (KO) — Reject mode
